EXPRESSION
Expression is impression
flowing meaningfully through the depths of knowledge.
Intent is spoken and shown graciously
with the expansion of voice.
Hear me speak
for I may only be one,
but one voice can lead thousands.
YOUR IMPRESSION
Your words engulf me…
caressing me,
cradling me,
awakening me.
I listen,
suspended in the bliss you create for me.
Every word glides delicately, weaving through my being.
Every phrase touches me, reaching every part of me.
And when you reach me,
You suspend my breath and awaken my heart.
I listen.
Every part of my essence trembles.
I’m quivering.
And you create this.
I close my eyes and embrace this pleasure.
Your words.
I’m riveted and must relinquish to you…
As you envelop me with strength and humanity.

About the Author:
K. Thorpe knew she wanted to be a writer from a young age. Her educational accomplishments include; a B.S. in psychology with a minor in women’s studies, an M.A. in psychology, and also a Ph.D. in holistic nutrition. Along the way she found time to write and publish numerous works, including poems such as Shadowed Reality, Your Impression, Soul Mate, Expression, and Light into Darkness. Ms. Thorpe, also an entrepreneur, lives in Colorado.
